D3IP provides innovation as a service by leveraging a diverse collaboration community and access to a wide range of capabilities.

We work with Defence, Law Enforcement, National Security, and other public sector organisations to improve outcomes, while also creating opportunities for partners who struggle to access public sector frameworks, including SMEs, academia, subject matter experts, and regulatory bodies.

D3IP is already supporting law enforcement and defence organisations to achieve better and more rapid outcomes. How do we do that? By establishing a community of collaboration partners to co-create in a way that’s beneficial for all parties. We facilitate novel relationships between strategic and operational partners, industry partners (from SMEs to large organisations), academia and specialist subject matter experts, policy and regulatory bodies, and others.

We use the four pillars of discovery, diversification, collaboration, and knowledge sharing to deliver the best outcomes, whether that’s learning lessons and capturing knowledge for better-informed decision making or progressing exciting new capabilities so they get into the hands of end users quicker.

D3IP acts as a catalyst for rapid innovation by bringing new perspectives to the supply chain: our strength relies on having a diverse community that is ready to seize opportunities and tackle challenges presented by our strategic and operational partners.

Our industry partners get access to the organisations and challenges that have been traditionally restricted to a small group of large companies. They also get access to communities of interest, industry events, showcasing opportunities, and more through the D3IP Collaboration Nerve Centre (CNC).
